Lindsay and Wes – Part I

It’s about time for a wedding post, eh?  You remember Lindsay and Wes’ engagement session? If not, make sure you check out those images and get to know this beautiful couple before you continue on.

Jesie and I had so so so much fun at this wedding.  Don’t get me wrong, we have fun at all our weddings.  I’m still trying to master the Electric Slide, remember?  That always makes for a funny evening.  ;) But really, because Lindsay is a friend of mine, there was just something special about this wedding.  Knowing her for years and hearing her journey with Wes; being able to put down the camera and kneel down in prayer with the rest of the bridesmaids… Incredible…  One piece I adored about this wedding was their wedding party.  Lindsay and Wes and the best wedding party.  The girls were SO interested in every little detail of Lindsay.  So attentive to her every need.  And they way they were all so tight.. And Wes’ buddies.. talk about funny!  And creative to boot!  I walked into their dressing room and found them in t-shirts, tuxedo pants, and poker cards.  Their chips?  Crayola Crayons.  Just so happened their dressing room was a preschool classroom at the church. hehe

I had a hard time narrowing this post down.. I think I had about 64 files to show you.  I’ve broken it down to about 25 for each post.  Stay tuned for Part II – it’s incredible!

Lindsay opted for our Bachelorette Experience coverage, so we hit the town (Denver, that is)… :)02r

This is one of my all time favorite PJ (photojournalism) images.  Check out A.) how half of her hair is done B.) Lindsay’s trusting, “What do you think?” expression C.) the distasteful, yet concerned bridesmaids, and D.) the lines leading to Lindsay’s reflection. Looove it!06r

A great moment capture between friends…

These getting ready shots are some of my most favorites of the season!  I was so intrigued by Lindsay’s perfectly shaped head and hair. :)08r

This one makes me happy.
