Happy Friday! You know, sometimes less is more. This will probably be the shortest engagement session you’ll ever see on this blog. We shot the majority of Virginia and Josh’s session at the Glen Eyrie Castle in Colorado Springs, but due to the Glen’s policies I’m unable to share those images with you. But man, are they good! Nothing of my doing, but because of the CHEMISTRY between J&V. These two can dance like no other couple. Their connection together is unreal. We could have photographed them in a bowling alley and their images still would have been jaw-droppingly electric.
What I love most about V&J is their love for the Lord and how intentional they are about their relationship with Him and each other. They’re simply a transcendent couple who values the bigger picture of this world and of their existence. I can’t wait to photograph their wedding, which is sure to be full of meaning and symbolism in every aspect.
V&J, I adore you two. Getting to know your souls has been an absolute pleasure. I know He has big things in store for your life together and I’ll be blessed to have interacted with you if only for this period of our lives.
So much joy and love to you,
René
Just a tiny hint of that dancing I was talking about.
Virginia is absolutely exquisite and has such an angelic persona.
Josh is quiet and mysterious but you can tell by looking in his eyes he has lived a lot of life.
They’re going to be so much more beautiful together.
Yes, you see a ring on Josh’s left hand. He wanted an engagement ring too.
