Part II of Emily and Jake’s wedding picks up right before the ceremony with a little Ring-Around-the-Rosie, because who doesn’t start their ceremony with a little playground game?
The heat was ON, and no I don’t mean the traffic enforcement in Colorado. Emily was sporting a little green fan the whole day. I loved it! Great idea. Meanwhile, her sweet sister Halie got a little emotional before it was go time.
I love getting these shots from the back and surprising the bride and groom with unexpected, ninja angles.

I think if René Tate were to ever marry, she might consider Emily’s color palette: pink and ivory!

The ceremony and reception was held at the stunning Stonebrook Manor in Thornton, Colorado.
They had the best entrance to the Black Eyed Peas. Love those guys.
And Emily’s beautiful mother gave the sweetest speech. Em and her mom and pretty much BFF.
And Jake’s brother gave a bit of a tear-jerker speech.
While other groomsmen just told stories that sometimes they shouldn’t be telling. ;-)
Nothing like a perfectly coordinated first dance to Everything by Bublé.

Em and Jake, we’re lifers. I have loved every shoot we’ve done together and I can’t wait for the baby in the baby carriage. :-)
