Just a few words Xochitl (Mayan name, pronounced Sochi) used to describe the outcome of her maternity pictures with her husband Mark. She’s followed our work for the last few years; I was so honored when she emailed me about photographing her & Mark’s love for one another and their new babe on the way!
I don’t usually share expecting photos, nor do I ever really take them except for past RTP brides/grooms, but when it involves a gorgeous, wildly in love couple and epic location (who doesn’t want to go to beaches San Francisco to shoot?!), I’m in. I also approach them these shoots a little differently than most photographers – it’s a time less about kissing on the bump, and more about kissing on your spouse. I tell my couples the best gift parents can give their kiddos is to show them how in love they are. Mark and Xochitl certainly did did that. It’s evident they’re mad for each other and elated for the arrival of their little boy.
Xochitl and Mark, thanks for letting me in on this part of your journey. The adventure only gets sweeter they tell me. Congratulations!!
