Good morning and happy Monday! I have such a long-awaited treat for you! I’ve been posting a few sneak peeks of Shannon and Bart’s wedding on our Facebook page and I know it’s been killing fans to wait for the whole post. :-) Finally, what you’ve all been waiting for! It was so hard to narrow down my favorites on this one.
Shannon and Bart’s wedding was dreamy, enchanting, beautiful and sweet. What I loved about this wedding as a photographer was the unique taste of the bride – Shannon’s custom-made pink dress, pink veil, and pink engagement ring were to die for! They perfectly coordinated with Shannon’s gorgeous red locks of hair and the brilliant sunset that Villa Parker offers. Because the Villa isn’t right up against the mountains, but sits a little further east, they always get the most amazing golden light.
It was such a blessing to be a part of Shannon and Bart’s day – where their sweet families treated us like family! Shannon and Bart have such a beautiful relationship. I love how comical and silly Bart can be, and how kind and soft-spirited, yet driven Shannon is. It’s really fun seeing their somewhat opposite personalities come together. The moments right after the wedding when they didn’t even know I was shooting them and Bart swept Shannon up off her feet and spun her around were some of my favorite from the day! :-) Shannon and Bart, my hope is that you two love like this always, remembering to have fun with each other and laugh a lot!
I can’t thank you guys enough for letting me be the one to capture your love! I want to do it all over again, it was so much fun! I hope you love the romance of these images!
