Evergreen Lake House: Katy and Matt

Good evening, Monday night!

I had promised to get our first couple/first engagement shoot of the year on to the blog today, but was having some serious technical difficulties.  I don’t think this computer could handle all sweetness of these images.  It sort of froze up with awe and was draggin’ its feet. :-)

Katy and Matt are our first couple of 2014 and we are so excited for their wedding in Denver next month! Matt is an airline pilot and Katy works at a bank.  They are HILARIOUS together.  Matt had us rolling the whole shoot.  Katy’s from Evergreen so ice skating at the lake was a fun memory from her childhood.

My favorite part about photographing these two was how they were so secure in who they were and didn’t need any direction.  I could just shoot from a distance and capture their never ending silly and sweet antics. :-) No offense guys, you two are the real deal and such fun.
