Rain or shine, I love a good wedding — especially when it’s centered around Christ.
Carrie and Shane’s wedding day was surrounded by sunny 80-90 degree days. And for whatever reason, their day capped at about 48-50 degrees, accompanied all day drizzle. But my sweet bride & groom didn’t bat an eye at the weather. They kept their focus on each other, on Jesus, and carried on with the most beautiful, meaningful ceremony surrounded by so many loved ones.
One of my favorite moments of the day was when Carrie’s dad, Fred, saw her for the first time. But the best was when Carrie said her vows to Shane. *sigh* Make sure to click to part II for that!
I am so glad this day finally came! It was a long engagement and now these two are ONE and ready to take on the world together. I am so happy for you, Carrie & Shane! I love you guys so much. Thank you for letting me be a small part of your story! I am obsessed with your images and all these DREAMY black and whites! I cannot wait to show you the rest!
All my love & joy,
René
