Proposal at Iceberg Lake, Montana – Jenny & Julio – Part II

Happy Friday! I am pleased to share with you the second half of Julio & Jenny’s adventure shoot in Glacier National Park.

Day one found us canoeing across Many Glacier Lake and dancing among the footprints of grizzlies.  Day two, we hiked ten miles, round trip, to Iceberg Lake.  The day was warm and filled with amazing conversation getting to know these two adventurous hearts.

Upon arrival, we shared some beers over lunch, and then the two got changed into their super cute outfits, ready for part II.  About five minutes before we started shooting, Julio pulled me aside and said he was planning to propose!  So with some sneaky, “Hey Jenny, walk way over there to other side of the lake,” shots, Julio and I discussed the plan while she thought she was modeling from a distance. ;-)

The mineral fed lake sparked like diamonds as Julio pulled out the most gorgeous matching diamond ring.  Jenny was humbled and elated all at the same time.  What a thrill to photograph these two!

I could get used to these proposal shoots.

Without further ado, Jenny & Julio’s magical engagement:
