Oooh, so this is one of my favorite shoots this year! Kelsey and Tori were married 5 years ago! I was lucky enough to shoot their wedding, engagement, and maternity photos when they were expecting baby girl Gemma. I was SO thrilled when Kelsey contacted me to do their 5 year anniversary portraits. So. Thrilled. But that’s cause I love these guys. I was totally HONORED too, as Kelsey is a wedding videographer! It means a lot when another artist hires you!
These two have amazing chemistry with each other and with the camera. They’re a blast to photograph. And when they agreed to do something a little different – less mountains and open fields and more elegant, clean lines and white columns – I was elated! Kelsey even rented a super fun gown from Rent The Runway (we love them and wish all our couples got a little fancy & couture!).
Though, the best part of this shoot was the integration of their two-year-old little girl, Gemma! A special thank you to Kelsey’s friend for coming along to watch Gemma in between couple and family photos!
I hope you guys enjoy viewing this as much as I enjoyed shooting it. And Kelsey & Tori, may the Luciano legacy live on! I hope these are cherished for generations to come! Looking forward to watching you guys grow over the next 5 years and 45!
