You are in for a treat today! When Brooke and Clemens asked me to do part of their engagement pictures in Clemens’ family’s restaurant I wasn’t sure what to expect. Upon my arrival to their restaurant, the Chinook Tavern, I was blown away by its grandeur! I imagined a small pub with low ceilings and no natural light. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The restaurant was architecturally designed by Clemens’ grandfather and his grandmother did all the artwork around the six or so dining rooms. Clemens’ father is the head chef. I haven’t had the chance to dine at Chinook, but I am looking forward to my and John’s next date night there! They do have an impressive wine list, so if that’s your thing you’ve got to check them out! I was blown away.
As for Brooke and Clemens, I was equally pleased. I hadn’t met them yet, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I did know they were friends with our awesome RTP couple Baylee & Jordan, so I knew they were going to be awesome. But after meeting them I feel like we could share many bottles of wine together. :-) Clemens and Brooke, you two ROCKED your engagement shoots. I am so in love with your chemistry and how it screams off the page. May these elegant, romantic, sultry images remind you for decades to come of your love for one another. I cannot WAIT for your Della Terra wedding next year! Thank you so much for letting me come along side you during this journey. Cannot wait to see you again soon, at Chinook hopefully, for a wine night.
