Good morning, good morning! Happy Monday and happy fall. The leaves have officially overtaken my yard, leaving very little green grass showing through. I love this time of year!
Today I am SO excited to share with you PART TWO of Katie and Rob’s engagement. You saw them only a couple of months ago in a very summery, Lake Michigan shoot. Well, Rob is from Michigan but Katie is a born and bred Coloradan. So naturally, we had to get pictures around her gorgeous state too. :-) Yes, we do offer double engagement sessions. :-)
With the suggestion of Katie’s father (thank you, Katie’s father!!) we made our way to the top of Guanella Pass, just outside Georgetown, Colorado to catch some of fall’s first colors.
I think you’ll find this shoot is very different from their Michigan shoot: a little colder, overcast sky, and 12,000′ mountains. It’s the kind of shoot that makes you want to wrap your hands around a pumpkin spice latte.
Rob and Katie, promise me we can hang out lots more even after the wedding? I adore you two and have just loved spending so much time with you guys over this year! I hope you enjoy these very Colorado photos. :-)
Love you guys!
René
