So this is new.
For the past seven years I’ve been filing away Words of Affirmation emails, aka Testimonies, Feedback, etc., in a folder in my inbox labeled, “WOA.” We’re big Love Language people here at René Tate Photography and words are definitely my thing. I am beyond encouraged and motivated when I receive these emails.
But besides that, as newly engaged bride myself, I am finding it extremely helpful to read other couples’ experience with photographers and vendors. It helps me visualize myself as a potential client and preps me for the type of experience to expect.
So with that, we’re introducing Testimonial Tuesdays. If anyone has a more creative name, I’m open to it. :-) We’ve never really posted things like this before, at least not on a reoccurring basis. Nor do we have a dedicated “Testimonials” section on our web site. However, starting today, and with our couples’ permission, we’ll be displaying these for potential RTP couples to get a taste of the RTP experience. And not necessarily weekly, but as they come in. These notes are completely unsolicited notes we randomly and happily receive. :-)
So here we go!
Patricia and I just finished dinner and we then had a chance to view the photographs you posted as we sipped an excellent wine. A-maz-ing!!! We are completely blown away by your work. We appreciate how you said you were glad to be a part of our wedding, but we are even more grateful and blessed that you were a part of our wedding. We will cherish forever your artistry and vision. THANK YOU for capturing the most wonderful day in the most wonderful way. You achieved everything that we dreamed, and more!
We also cannot stop talking about the surprise you gave us we left the reception. We have been telling everyone about you and all that you do–hopefully you may have some new clients in the future. We do pray your business continues to have great success.
