10 Years: Melody & Jason
Good evening! TGIF!
We’re workin’ hard over here and editing lots and lots of pictures. We’ve got some great weddings and engagements coming at you.
I’d like to take a minute to show you this stunning couple: Melody and Jason. We met up on such a gorgeous evening in the beautiful Daniel’s Park in Castle Rock for some family portraits. The sky was UNREAL. All night long. I typically don’t blog family portraits, because they’re not something we do regularly. We really focus on couples and that’s definitely where my heart lies. Although, once in a while, we welcome different types of shoots. It’s a chance to stay sharp and do something that’s a bit of a breath of fresh air. Something out of our norm.
Tonight, I’m showing off just Melody and Jason. They recently celebrated ten years of marriage! Jason’s been out state doing some pretty awesome training that I better not divulge. :) He’s still away but was home for just one brief weekend recently. So wonderful to see the joy between these two love birds. They are so genuine, gentle, and soft spoken.

Thank you so much Rene for all of your hard work. You truly have captured our family in the perfect setting, everything we hoped for. These pictures were extremely important to us as you know. We wanted them to memorialize our lives together at our ten year anniversary, and also as a family in Colorado since we are moving to Northern California in a couple of weeks. We will miss our home here dearly, but your beautiful pictures will make our memories here last a lifetime. Thank you for all you have done for us, you are not only an incredible photographer, but you are an amazing woman as well… (Who can also handle 5 year old boys like a pro:). Melody and Jason
