Los Angeles Engagement: Melissa & Robert

Good afternoon!

The last engagement session I posted was gorgeous in its own right.  Cute hats, peacoats, Christmas wreaths, and snow.  Today’s post takes you to a polar opposite world in sunny Los Angeles!

Melissa and Robert are getting married in Colorado at the gorgeous Palazzo Verdi and in Denver, but in the meantime reside in Marina del Ray doing what they love.  Robert is a video game project manager and Melissa changes the lives of little ones as an audiologist.

We met up a few weeks ago at the Getty Center and then from there headed to Marina del Ray for some beach time.

It won’t take you long to see what a fun-loving couple these guys are.  Melissa is all smiles, talkative, sweet, and stunning, while Robert is quiet, mysterious, confident, kind, and all smiles as well. :-)

Melissa and Robert, I’m not going to lie.  I got a little carried away on your pictures and posted nearly a third of them.  I just couldn’t keep this post of pictures in the double digits!  Enjoy and know there are plenty more where these came from. :-)

So much love and joy to you and I cannot wait for your September wedding!  Thank you for being you.

:-)

Ahhh!  Love these!

Melissa, I’m sorry.  I tell you this about every other sentence.  You are GORGEOUS!

How how quickly the fog rolls in… A little misty, erie beach time. :-)

Oh, how I adore this shot!

Ow ow!

With 20 years of experience, I bring a calm, steady presence to your most meaningful days. I specialize in documenting relationships over time—from weddings and anniversaries to babies and families—with a love for black-and-white imagery, honest moments, and photographs that belong in albums, not just on a feed. There are no forced poses or “pretend to” prompts here, only space for what’s real. I’m not just here for the highlight; I’m here for the history you’re creating.

And I can't wait to capture your story
