I tried to explain it to John.
We sat on the front step of my house and I gushed about the engagement session from which I’d just returned. Mid-shoot, while they were changing, I sent him a text, “You’re going to die when you see what we’re creating!”
There’s a feeling you get after you’ve created something. Whether you’re a musician or a photographer, you know this feeling. Though, it’s hard to describe to those who aren’t creators. It’s a mix of accomplishment and encouragement, yet a calming feeling of reassurance that you’re doing something worthwhile.
It’s kind of euphoric.
You feel enlightened. Happy. Excited. Overwhelmed.

Perhaps you know what I’m talking about. Perhaps only those creatives will understand. Either way, I am thankful for the way I’m wired. And I don’t care who gets it…
Last week, I took my photography to a new level. I used still photographs, 670 of them to be exact, in a way they’ve never been used before.
Enjoy. :-)
