Denver Wedding: Jessi & Zak Part I

Oh hello, hello blog world.  I am alive and well.  I know I’ve been a little MIA lately shooting up some fantastic weddings this season!  I hate that our little blog has been neglected!  Good news though… I have so many shoots lined up and ready for you to view, so definitely stick around for July. :-)  It is the best month after all as I know a certain photographer with an accent in her name who was born this month. ;-) Just sayin’….

To kick off this ever so festive month, we are starting with my dear, sweet Jessi and Zak’s wedding.  I just love these guys.  Jessi is one of RTP’s biggest supporters!  She’s a FAITHFUL blog reader and RTP activist on The Knot.  Jessi, you have no idea how much you mean to me!  I have loved every minute I’ve spent with this couple.  Zak is so funny and sarcastic and Jessi is just this sweet pea that balances him out. Their wedding was oh so classy, yet kind of funky!  Check it out:

Classy dress:

Funky red heels. My kind of girl. :-)

Zak had Jessi’s ring custom made and used the diamonds from her grandfather’s ring.  I love this idea!  I love a good story with a ring. And check out his – it’s wood!

Their wedding was pure eye candy.

Watch gears for cuff links.  Um yeah… SO cool!

And this is Jessi. :-) We love her.

Love this shot that Photographer Jesie capture of Jessi and her sister showing off their red lips.

Jessi is kind of my alter-ego. She’s SUPER classy but then she surprises you with this elegantly eccentric side.

There was a lot of cinching going on here.

Meanwhile, Zak and the guys were getting their flowers on.  And can we talk about these groomsmen outfits?!  LOVE THEM.

Time for the ceremony!

Okay, so get this.  Zak’s sister, Kateri, is actually a nun who lives in Italy! It was so special to have her at the wedding.

Wahoo! A little Chipotle action and wedding party is next!
